The Hispanic/Latino Votes In America!

For decades both Democrats and Republicans have fooled the Hispanics into believing that REAL
Immigration changes will be legislated for, if they vote for either party.

Well, both political parties have failed miserably to enact a Comprehensive Immigration Bill so far!

Each time they use piece meal approaches to it, just barely touching the surface of this issue, and never getting anything real, or what comes close to a Comprehensive Immigration Bill, that both houses can approve, and the sitting president will sign.

The same applies to Barack Obama currently, who made the same promise to millions of un-documented residents here, that he will make a difference if they vote for him. He is almost to the end of his first four year term in office, and the immigration issue is still to be dealt with meaningfully.

Finally, personally I don't believe that Barack Obama will be able to get any Comprehensive Immigration Legislation passed in both houses. The Republicans control the Congress, and they will not vote in favor of any such legislation, just to embarrass and frustrate the Democrats into being unable to deliver on this promise.

This is the harsh reality for un-documented residents of all persuasions, most of whom are here legally, barely surviving, having to use illegal means to survive, and lives amidst fear of expatriation on a daily basis.

Heaven help us all!
